Scruffs is an alternative, unisex, family barbershop with an emphasis on making a trip to the barbers a more enjoyable experience for you & your little scruffs. We provide an environment that will keep your little ones entertained before & during their haircut with a play area for the little scruffs and a games console and tablets for the bigger scruffs. With over 25 years experience in the hair industry along with accredited qualifications in both understanding autism & children's mental health, we have the expertise and patience to make your little ones experience as stress free as possible.

Another great experience with Jenny. Such a lovely, welcoming space and she always makes my kids and I feel at ease. Jenny shows patience and understanding while providing fun (and biscuits!) to our appointments.

This was our little boys first time with Jenny. He had had his first haircut at another kids hairdresser and was traumatised. Jenny has been so patient with our boy and even when he’s been upset she is still able to do such a good hair cut on him. Thank you so much Jenny! It’s been four months since his first cut here now and today was the first day he hasn’t cried and really enjoyed the experience!

Thank you so much Suzy, for cutting my little boys hair yesterday. It looks lovely, and you were so kind and caring towards him, when he was getting distressed. Suzy is excellent at what she does. I was dreading taking my little boy, but that's the best hes been. Thank you again xx
