We were very disappointed that many of its amenities were out of order. No cascades, cold water plunge pool and one of the showers. This made the experience very limited.

Staff are great and spa was aswell But too many men going in and talking business or rubbish when it is supposed to to be a place of tranquillity and peace.. and floor tiles breaking of as I trod on a few cutting my toe. And split pool into section for swimmers and a section for people wanting to casually float about..
