A visit to Miracle Health Centre can be tailored around what feels tight or sore, with therapists checking in on pressure and adapting the massage to clients’ needs. Deep tissue and remedial massage are among the options, and reviewers also mention therapists finding sore spots and explaining stretches to help loosen tight areas.
