I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1989 and until 2022, worked primarily in women's health. I have trained in complementary therapies since being made redundant- honestly the best thing that could have happened to me! I am now working to support people to maintain their physical and mental health in a way that suits them, I also offer tailored treatments to alleviate menopause symptoms.

A fantastic massage with Tracey, I felt so relaxed afterwards and really enjoyed the cupping and acupuncture aswell! Would highly recommend!

My experience with Tracy for Accupuncture is always A1. She is such a knowledgeable,caring,lovely person.I always feel relaxed & my pain definitely is easier afterwards.
