Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.

I cannot recommend enough. I came in with lower back pain to which can only be explained as ‘my back gave way’, the pain was chronic and wouldn’t go away. After one treatment the pain had gone and I followed up with another appointment a few days later where I had a deep tissue massage and a check up on my lower back. I have more energy and feel better within myself but most of all, no pain. Forever grateful and would highly recommend.
