Tailin was really nice, but I think there is a lack of communication with the front. It's unfortunate but I was planning on coming the next day (Monday) after my hair cut appointment for a fresh blow out. I was told to call and would be squeezed in so that she could also see how my hair turn out 'naturally' the next day and do some cut touch up. So I left with my hair not fully blown or styled as discussed. I called Monday morning right when I left work around 11 and there was no availability with anyone.. so for my Monday event I just ended up re-washing at home and diffuse on my own.
