Her reflexology sessions are particularly praised for their thoroughness, with clients noting how calming the atmosphere is, complemented by comfortable chairs. Sophie's skilled massage techniques leave clients feeling rejuvenated, often walking out with a newfound lightness.

Really lovely reflexology session. Worked so thoroughly. Love the chairs. Wish I could get one for home.

What a lovely experience, Sophie's voice is so calming, checked in to make sure I was doing OK and then gave me a wonderful hour's massage to relax me, it worked and thank you Sophie!

A great hour - I felt wonderfully looked after and left feeling I was walking on air. Can't ask for more than that!
