Had a fantastic massage from Siobhan. She listened to a history of my problem and targeted the area of discomfort as well as providing a potential cause. I was also given some exercises to help prevent ongoing pain. She was professional, courteous, and provided a great service. Thank you!

She focused on my upper body, particularly my neck and shoulders, and was right on target with the areas where I had pain and stiffness.
