Relieved tension in strained muscle and some great new exercises to progress my rehab.

Sarah is a real expert who can tell by body and limb position exactly which bones, muscles and nerves need attention and she fixed a chronic problem and gave me back high quality life. Very highly recommended and much better than four others I have tried.
