First time at l-Siam in Chester so wasn't sure what to expect. Firstly, great communications from the moment of my online booking making everything clear and businesslike. And first impression of the first floor premises confirmed that this is a well-run business, spotlessly clean, welcoming and calming. And the massage by Mona, the masseuse was professionally and soothingly carried out in quiet, calming surroundings.
