An incredible pregnancy massage, I would highly recommend. Mila is an expert who made me feel relaxed and safe and did a lot to help my body.

I went in feeling stressed, sore and tired, but left completely rejuvenated! Mila was really attentive and asked lots of questions about what I wanted and particular pain points. In particular she focused on my tight shoulders and back and have felt much less pain since. The 90 minutes went so quickly and I’ll definitely be back!

Mila was welcoming and disarming. She was very attentive to my various requests responding with an intuitive and firm touch to areas that were lacking in mobility and suffered from an energy deficit. She did this with various degrees of pressure and mobilisation techniques and kept her focus and commitment to the treatment throughout the 90 minute session. A very skilled and concerted effort to alleviate my symptoms and energise my tissue and muscles where it was most needed. Ultimately a real treat. I can highly recommended Mila’s practice.
