Sports therapy massage is a targeted soft-tissue treatment designed to prevent injury, relieve muscle tension, and speed up recovery. Unlike a relaxing spa massage, it uses deep pressure, stretching, and specific techniques like trigger-point therapy to fix tight spots and improve movement.

Dry needling is a treatment where a trained health expert puts thin, sterile metal needles through your skin into tight knots in your muscles (called trigger points). It is called "dry" because the needles do not inject any liquid or medicine.

Cupping Therapy 

Athletic taping is the application of specialised adhesive tape to skin and joints. It provides external stability, limits harmful ranges of motion, reduces swelling, and prevents or treats sports injuries.

Sports Tapping 

IASTM stands for Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation. It is an Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) course technique used by physical therapists, chiropractors, and sports therapists. Clinicians use specialised metal or plastic contoured tools to scan, massage, and break down fascial restrictions, scar tissue, and muscle adhesions.
