Lisa was super friendly and knew exactly what my back needed! I had a lot of built up tension in my shoulders/ neck and she was very attentive to make sure I got the most out of my 30 mins BNS massage. She knew I needed a firm massage without me having to ask! I’ll be back 100% xx Thank you Lisa
