I am always very happy with my treatments at Jems. I don't struggle with appointments and all the stylists and therapists are friendly and helpful not to mention professional and good at what they do. The owner, Ingrid is a wonderful and approachable person and puts the needs of clients and her staff first. The refreshments are very good as well. Thanks #teamjem
