I had a fantastic treatment today with Lauren, She gave me a bamboo massage combined with an Indian head massage, and it was incredibly relaxing while also easing a lot of tension. Lauren made me feel completely at ease and tailored everything perfectly. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better overall. Highly recommend!

I've been attending LA Rehab for a month or two to address a long-term elbow injury. Following Lauren's treatment I'm now at the stage where I can consider going back to playing table tennis. Thank you Lauren.
