Absolutely great experience, had so much stiffness and pain for quite sometime which was sorted right after very first appointment, so much relief in my neck and back. highly recommended. will visit again, thanks

This was amazing and incredibly beneficial. I’m annoyed I put it off for so long. Contacted Kannika on a bit of a whim and at short notice, to take a 90-minute appointment the following day. My lower back has got gradually worse over the last 15-20 years and I’ve recently been in the worst pain of all, with serious mobility issues. Been assigned physio by my GP and given exercises. They helped, as did the couple of hands-on sessions, but it’s now 6 days after my appointment with Kannika. She didn’t need any help in realising the issue was my glutes and the improvement has been astounding.
