Jordyn was fantastic. First time having a sport massage (upon recommendation from the physio) for lower body from back to feet. As a runner, Jordyn targeted specific points ideal for strengthening the quads, calves and glutes! Would highly recommend

Jordyn hat sich hervorragend in die muskulären Verspannungen reingearbeitet und mit hoher Intensität die vorhandenen Spannungen herausarbeiten können. Nicht unbedingt angenehm, aber super effektiv.

I’m glad the treatment helped release the tension. Sometimes the deeper work isn’t the most comfortable in the moment, but the goal is always lasting improvement. I look forward to seeing you again!
