My daughter was excited yet nervous getting her hair cut for only the 2nd time in 14 years at a hairdresser. Jess was patient and constantly checking whether she was happy with what she was doing the entire time and my daughter came out very happy with a great haircut and experience that will make her want to go back to a hairdresser again. It may have just been a haircut to most but for a neurodivergent teen it means so much more. Thanks Jess!
