Jemma was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the treatment I was booked in for. She was very thorough in both the consultation and explaining everything clearly. Although it is a bit uncomfortable as a treatment, I felt that she did everything she could to minimise any pain. The results are really good and I am very pleased and happy to recommend treatments with Jemma.

I had such a positive experience with Jemma. She is warm, welcoming and so easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease.
