Pengalaman mengunjungi spa ini sangat menyenangkan, dengan banyak yang menyebutkan betapa relaksnya pijat yang ditawarkan, terutama pijat wajah dan kepala yang menggunakan minyak dan scrub yang membuat kulit terasa lembut dan segar. Henny, yang dikenal karena keahliannya, memberikan pijat olahraga selama dua jam yang dianggap salah satu yang terbaik di Bali, dan banyak yang menyukai suasana serta playlist musik yang menenangkan.
