Nattily I think was her name (the young girl from Viatnam) and her absolutely super attention to detail in how lovely the pedicure and manicure massage and scrub was. You need to buy her a much better quality hand buffer for the nails. She was excellent but the buff fell way short because she had the wrong equipment to use.
