I strive to help clients find balance and control over their own health and wellbeing with a supportive and caring approach, which adapts and responds to individual needs. I will offer a safe and nurturing space for you to find your calm. I am tried at level 5 in reflexology (MAR CRM5) so can cover all elements of reflexology including fertility, pregnancy, palliative/chronic conditions and auricular reflexology. I also practice reiki and am a trained meditation teacher.
