I had a really good experience with the service. She listened carefully to what I wanted, understood exactly what I was looking for, and gave me great advice, especially as it was my first time colouring my hair. She followed my requests perfectly, was lovely to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I’m really happy with the result
