Lovely girl , however I was left with matted hair that took 3 conditions to get out. I also asked for a blowout half up half down look and which she curled my hair and said it will "drop" and it didn't and I was left with semi-tight curls. I also felt as if I couldn't say anything at the time because she made it seem hard for me to voice my concerns. Don't get me wrong I did still like my hair but it wasn't exactly what I asked for.

Alyse made me feel comfortable. Its the first time in a long time i have had my haircut. She took great care and explained every step. She made sure I was ok with every action she needed to take. The result.... AMAZING!
