Alex has been fantastic throughout my treatment journey. He is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, he listens. I never felt rushed and he always took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly. What stood out most was that he cared not only about my skin, but also about how I felt throughout the process. When I had concerns, he listened, reassured me, and adjusted the plan where needed.
