Reiki Healing

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese healing technique to naturally lift, plump and sculpt  the facial muscles. It helps with fine lines and you’ll enjoy a feeling of wellbeing as well as looking fabulous.
This treatment offers a very unique approach to better health by reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, improving lymphatic flow and giving you a radiant, toned skin.
For this treatment I’m using natural, organic Tropic Skincare products, Nephrite Gua Sha tools and a clear quarts eye mask 


Gua Sha natural face lift massage 

This therapy helps to reduce tensions in the upper back, shoulders and neck. It reduces feeling of stress, calms the mind, relieves headaches and migraine. 
The treatment improves sleep, boosts memory, reduces fatigue. 
You can also bring luster to your hair if you choose to oil your scalp and hair. 
This treatment received seated.

Indian Head Massage 

The best way to see the result of any treatment is consistency, especially when it comes to your physical and mental well-being

This package includes 6 sessions x 90 min each of Deep Body Relaxation (you save £33).

A 90 min session includes Energy Vibration Therapy (body tapping) with bamboo brushes

Facials

Great session to boost immunity and the body energy levels. 
It's a tapping technique, using the bamboo brush with more than 108 rods in it. 
The bamboo brush creates vibrations to relax stiff muscles, release toxins, improve blood circulation and lymphatic flow.
The 60 min session combines body tapping and some body relaxation techniques 

Energy-Vibration Massage with Bamboo brushes (Samurai Massage)

During this session the pressure is applied on pressure points and along the energy lines to free any energy blockages and re-balance the flow of energy in the feet and legs.
Thai massage has calming and restorative effects.
The treatment is given on a mat on the floor and received clothed. Please wear or have with you loose joggers

For Reiki Master Teacher level we meet 4 times for 2 hours each class

I'll take you on this course if you've done Reiki level 1 and Reiki level 2 with me, have practiced Reiki for at least 6 months after Reiki level 2 course and have at least 5 case studies with the clients reviews.

If you have completed Reiki level 1 and 2 with another teacher, you will have to provide a reference letter from them
