Zilda Holistic Therapies offers a range of holistic treatments to support you on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Our treatments will help release both physical and emotional tension, promote wellbeing and relaxation. I also work with school children through tailored sessions to support their wellbeing. As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer healing sessions and Usui Reiki courses. For all facials I use natural organic Tropic Skincare products, organic facial oils and oil blends. All the products can be ordered from me to support you in between your appointments.
