Remedial / Medical Massage Therapy

Back massage as a separate procedure, not including massage of legs and feet, is possible only in case of any objective reasons for the impossibility of performing a massage on the legs. We are 100% sure that the integrity of massage therapy will be violated if massage therapy is limited only to the back area.
At the same time, please take into account that back massage always also includes massage of the gluteal muscles.

In cases where there is a need to perform therapeutic techniques, only back massage will be highly undesirable - it will be necessary to include a leg massage as well.

Also, please note that the minimum time of the proposed session is 60 minutes.

Deep Back and Gluteal Muscle Massage

The "Dry needling" method is a method of influencing a trigger point or muscle/tendon using special ultra-thin needles (five times thinner than an injection needle). This technique is used in neurology and traumatology to relieve pain, treat muscle and connective tissue dysfunction. The method allows you to "destroy" the sources of pain - trigger zones, and also stimulates muscle function. Dry needling does not involve the administration of drugs. However, according to the results of many studies, its analgesic effect is not inferior to drug therapy. Treatment with the dry needling method - fast, safe and effective means of getting rid of pain.

ACCUPUNCTURE DRY NEEDLE THERAPY

This service is available exclusively during the Massage session. We use this method as an additional treatment. Not paid separately.

Kinesio tapes are elastic adhesive tapes made of 100% cotton and covered with a hypoallergenic adhesive layer on an acrylic base (latex-free). The elasticity of the tapes allows them to be stretched by 30-40% of their original length. In thickness and elasticity, they are close to the properties of human skin. The cotton base of the tapes ensures free "breathing" of the skin, which allows them to be used 24 hours a day for three to five days. During this time, it does not need to be removed or peeled off. The tapes dry quickly, do not contain allergenic materials and can stay on the body for many days without causing discomfort. They are pleasant to the skin and "do not peel off" even when in contact with water, for example, when taking a shower. The effect of the tape begins immediately after application and continues around the clock for up to 5 days.

KINESIOLOGY TAPING

This service is available exclusively during the Massage session. We use this method as an additional treatment. Not paid separately, included in the cost of treatment.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where a therapist applies special cups to the skin for a few minutes to create suction.

This technique, practiced for centuries, originated in China and Western Asia. Cupping therapy uses suction to draw blood to the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural healing response in those areas. In simple terms, the key to this treatment is the formation of hematomas, which stimulate macrophage cells to activate to restore the body's overall health.

We use this therapy as an adjunct to treatment. Cupping is done for 10-20 minutes. After the procedure, the cups leave temporary bruises on the skin that fade within a few days.

(Attention, purulent formations inside the suction are possible, so-called vesicles, which require separate additional treatment.)

CHINESE CUPPING THERAPY

Lymphatic drainage massage is a manual body massage technique aimed at activating lymph flow, which helps remove excess fluid, speed up metabolism and improve the overall condition of the body. It helps remove toxins, reduce swelling, reduce cellulite and improve the overall condition of the skin.
