The techniques including trigger point release, myofascial release, sustained passive stretching and gentle mobilisation to release chronic muscles tension. This treatment mainly focus on specific muscles/problem area which is excellent for tightness, injuries, and posture correction.

60-minute massage

90-minute Massage

A combination of massage techniques will be used to reduce muscles tension. Suitable for pregnancy at least 13 weeks and above.
