All products we use are organic and vegan-friendly and handmade in Cape Town. We combine cross-friction massage, effleurage, lymph drainage, and deep tissue massage to work out the tension in those hard-working muscles.

We start with a gentle cleanse and gently exfoliate and remove dead skin, using an organic body scrub of your choice.
We then apply natural clay powder and offer a foot manipulation session, pushing, pulling stretching the toes, feet, and legs to prepare your body for what is to follow.
We then start your journey to total relaxation, stimulating every nerve and reflex, to offer a 'full body treat' via your feet.
We close your relaxing foot treatment with a gentle massage using a balm or butter of your choice.

Between the age of 12 - 18?
Our bodies and face change during this time and special care are needed to gently assist the body to find its balance.
A gentle, healing gel wash helps to soothe your irritated, itched, burning, very oily, or breakout skin.
This is followed by a mud exfoliation, and steam, to remove dead skin and deep-cleanse those confused pores.
We add your choice of healing buchu or charcoal black mask to start the healing process.
Then it is time for a face massage, slowly stimulating new growth.
A moisture treatment sadly closes your session.


Teen Facial 45min

Stress affects our skin and face and it shows when not managed. 
Join us for a Hydrating facial to pamper, and massage to manage and reduce the signs of aging. The Touch By Africa Hydrating range will revitalize and restore tired-looking skin. 
We use only organic face-care products and this pamper session includes a midi-herbal ball treatment and face-lift, pressure point massage, using our hydrating serum.

Freedom Hydrating Facial 60min

Sandalwood, Clove, and Wood Essences for men are use during our Man Facial. The focus of this Facial is a massage and a sensory journey for 60 min. It includes a relaxing head or foot massage.

Freedom Facial for Men 60

A gentle, healing facial, designed to relax and soothe your troubles away.
We start with a buchu gel cleanse to start the healing process. Buchu is known as a powerful anti-inflammatory and helps reduce swelling and pain caused by break-outs and very sensitive skin.
We now apply our organic clay exfoliator and use steam to allow it to soak up the product. We use warm water and bamboo and cotton blend rounds, to remove the product as well as dead skin. 
Your skin is now ready for a mask. A rich mask is applied to wet skin and left, to gently absorbs into the skin while we offer you a hand massage.
This is followed by a pressure point massage using one of our amazing, healing serums, followed by a warm herbal ball treatment.
A soothing moisturizer closes the treatment.
