This type of massage was originally designed to aid in hair growth and wellness of the scalp. It focuses on relaxation and destressing.
Areas involved: back, shoulders, neck, arms and head.

The cups are used to pull toxins/stagnated blood to the surface, flushing oxygen and nutrients into the affected area. Helping to release tension and provide a greater freedom of movement.

This appointment also includes a consultation.

Cupping Therapy

Kinesiology tape applied to the skin to reduce pain symptoms and improve posture and blood flow. 

This is a short term solution not beneficial for long term pain relief or postural correction. Please book a Sports Massage instead for this.

Nail and cuticle tidy, nail prep and application of gel polish. 

Please note:
Bare nails only, please book removal and reapplication if you have gel already on your nails.
