Warm oil is an essential part of the process and, if the client would like, tiger balm is also very beneficial as well as aiding clear breathing. Deep tissue therapy includes stretching of all parts of the client’s body to relieve tension in muscles and joints. This means deep tissue massage is very effective at relieving muscular pain.
