Blue Light - is heavily used to treat sun-damaged skin.  Also shown to help clear up acne, has a positive effect on "seasonal depression" during darker months.

Yellow Light - shown to stimulate the production of red blood cells (skin healing & skin cell rejuvenation); rosacea, collagen, and skin hydration.

Red Light -  primarily for anti-aging; wrinkles, redness, acne, scars. Linked to reducing inflammation in the skin and increasing healing.
