This is a 60min session of hands-on therapeutic bodywork through the lens of Somatic touch. Through conscious and intentional touch, we work with the mind/body connection, creating space for mental, spiritual and personal transformation from the inside out.  You can expect intentional and intuitive touch, communicating with your body to support the parts of you that are holding on to tension, stress or pressure.  The session intends to offer a balance of firm, grounded pressure and gentle, nurturing touch, making way for profoundly healing results. 

Somatic Integration - 60mins

This is a 75min session of hands-on therapeutic bodywork through the lens of Somatic touch. Through conscious and intentional touch, we work with the mind/body connection, creating space for mental, spiritual and personal transformation from the inside out.  You can expect intentional and intuitive touch, communicating with your body to support the parts of you that are holding on to tension, stress or pressure.  The session intends to offer a balance of firm, grounded pressure and gentle, nurturing touch, making way for profoundly healing results.

This is a 90min session of hands-on therapeutic bodywork through the lens of Somatic touch. Somatic Integration - 90mins

This is a deeply nurturing 90min full-body session of therapeutic bodywork with a focus on head, neck, face and chest. Much of the tension people hold is concentrated in this region, often leading to physical and energetic blocks from brain to body. You can expect intentional and intuitive touch informed by Somatic Integration, communicating with your mind/body to support the parts of you that are holding on to tension, stress or pressure to release. Sessions can include Sound Healing, essential oils, Gua Sha, intra-oral TMJ release, CranioSacral and Somatic Touch. 

Zen Facial Massage - 90mins

This is a 60min session of therapeutic bodywork, tailored for optimal comfort during your pregnancy.  You can expect intentional and intuitive touch, communicating with your body to support the parts of you that are holding on to tension, stress or pressure.  My work is informed by several modalities including Somatic Mindfulness, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage and Deep Tissue massage to create balance of firm & grounded pressure and gentle, nurturing touch, making way for profoundly healing results. 

**Must be a minimum of 13 weeks pregnant or in 2nd or 3rd trimester

Prenatal Somatic Massage - 60mins

Massage & Bodywork

This is a 90min session; 60min of hands-on therapeutic bodywork through the lens of Somatic  Touch, coupled with 30min sound healing session built into your time on the table. Through conscious and intentional touch, we work with the mind/body connection, creating space for mental, spiritual and personal transformation from the inside out.  You can expect intentional and intuitive touch, communicating with your body to support the parts of you that are holding on to tension, stress or pressure.  The session intends to offer a balance of firm, grounded pressure and gentle, nurturing touch, making way for profoundly healing results. 

Somatic Sound Healing - 90mins

Journey through the psyche while held in deep relaxation through vibrations and healing tones meant to restore, clarify and balance your inner Self.  You will be guided through a meditation of awareness, breath and body, sinking into Self as you are lulled by soothing sounds of nature and harmony using Gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other healing sound tools.  

All level welcome.  No experience necessary

Sound Healing Meditation - 90mins

Sound Healing

In this powerful journey inward, you will be guided into deep relaxation in a symphony of healing vibrations accompanying guided conscious breathwork. The practice is meant to restore the mind/body, while offering clarity of mind and balance of inner Self.  In this session, you will practice intentional breath awareness while being bathed in soothing sounds of nature and harmony of Gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

Breath & Sound - 90mins

Breathwork

Experience the deeply healing embrace of traditional Nordic sauna in nature.  You will have access to our private garden sauna for up to 5 people, guided with intention to elevate your senses while allowing for you to completely relax and let go.  We offer cold plunge, outdoor shower (closed for Winter), outdoor toilet and changing room.
