Hand  Reflexology is effective for sinus relief and digestive issues.  relaxing massage designed for those who don’t want to have reflexology on their feet. An Essential oil blend  will be used to massage hand reflexes and then the treatment will finish with facial reflexology points using rosehip oil on the face. It is  beneficial for conditions like migraines, sinus problems, eye stress, anxiety, bells palsy, autism, Tourette syndrome and ADHD.

Tailored to relax young person to lower stress & anxiety. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult during the treatment.

Young people  Wellbeing treatment 

This treatment massages the spinal reflexes on the feet, hands and brain. It is designed to release muscle memory to reduce panic attacks. It is best suited to anyone dealing with trauma or after a stressful event. It can release emotions and it is advised to have a series of 3 treatments approximately 2 weeks apart
