At your initial appointment, you will fill in a history form and be interviewed by the therapist to ensure there are no contraindications for your colon hydrotherapy session. You will have the procedure explained to you. Any questions you may have will be answered to our best ability. We take care not to rush our clients. We want you to feel relaxed and cared for while you are with us, so we allow plenty of time in our schedule. 

Initial Consultation (Single Appointment)

Colon hydrotherapy, otherwise known as colonic or colonic irrigation, is a gentle way to clear and soothe the large colon using warm filtered water.

Regular long term clients only. These clients completed a minimum of five appointments per annum for at least five consecutive years. Some consideration has been made for the inability to attend due to the lock down and mandate periods during 2020/21/22.

Time on the Chi Machine before a colonic may enhance the outcome of the colonic, though it is also beneficial as a stand-alone activity. Oxygen is metabolized to produce energy and is dispersed throughout the body. The health benefits of this simple passive can be felt immediately after the session. Lymphatic and blood circulation are enhanced. It is a low impact exercise. Many clients have commented that it's a bit like going for a brisk walk - only better! It makes you feel alive!

Near, Mid & Far infrared sauna with optional colour therapy and preset programmes. These include Detoxification, Relaxation, Anti-Aging, Cardiovascular, Weight Loss, Pain Relief, or you can create your own programme. Please ensure you are well hydrated before entering the sauna. Filtered drinking water will be offered before and after your sauna, but please be aware - it is wise to be well hydrated habitually. Consider the water offered as surplus to your usual needs to compensate for water loss during the sauna.  
A shower and towel is also available.

Kahweol & cafestol pulminate, found in coffee, stimulate glutiothione-S-transferase (GST). The primary role of GSTs is to bind to toxins, enabling them to be flushed out with the enema. Coffee is absorbed first into the liver via the haemorrhoidal veins & portal vein. All blood passes through the liver every 3 minutes, leaving the blood clean & less toxic. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Kinesiology balancing via voicecall or videocall. The initial call is  for the therapist to make a connection with the client and to determine the priority issue and best action plan. This usually takes approximately 15 minutes. The therapist will spend some time after the call using surrogate muscle testing to delve deeper into the case. This usually takes 30 - 45 minutes. A photo of the client may help to strengthen the connection. There will be a follow up call of around 15 minutes to discuss the therapist's findings and complete the energy clearing.
