It’s the day after my second visit and my body feels a lot calmer not tight.  Andrea is very nurturing and giving. l learnt something no other practitioner has explained, although it is well known to stretch, it is vital to keep the fascia from degenerating as a weakened fascia causes body stiffness and pain more than our muscles.  Being over 70 I choose the mindset to grow younger every day a regular treatment with Andrea is now part of my health routine. It may be considered an indulgence, however like servicing a car, what price lis living without pain and stiffness. ✨

It is one way to bring balance back into the body. This form of healing works with a system in your body chakra's.
