Thai Traditional Massage is a cross between acupressure and yoga, is inspired by Buddhist teachings. The actual massage consists of slow, rhythmic compressions and stretches along the body's energy lines, also called sen in Thai. Thai massage concentrates on applying pressure along 10 of the most important sen, using the palms of the hands, thumbs, elbows, and feet. The effort from the practitioner works to free tension within the body.

This kind of massage is best for those who are suffering from pain and have a restricted range of motion. Massaging trigger points and the areas around them can significantly reduce the pain. 

Healing massage may need to take more time to focuses on certain areas pain in the body, so it may not be possible to complete a full-body massage.

This is a firm massage treatment that combines Thai Traditional (Yoga) style with oil and Thai herbal balm. 
It helps to relieve stiffness, boost energy, improves flexibility, sleep and overall emotional balance. 
During the treatment, we will calm your body with a warm oil, you will then be pulled, stretched, and rocked. Our massage therapist will use thumbs, elbows, knees, and foot to press and stretch your body. 
This approach is completely different to the other massage treatments.

Thai Traditional Floor Based (Yoga) Massage is an ancient healing technique, part of Thai Traditional medicine. It uses pressure and stretching techniques to release muscular and nervous tension. The clients wear loose comfortable clothing and lie on a mattress on the floor the massage does not use oil

The treatment involves the therapist pressing up and down the body along the energy lines using palms, thumbs, forearms, knees, and feet.

We will provide Thai massage pants and a T-shirt or if you wish you can wear your own jogging trousers and shirt but please make sure they are loose fitting and do not restrict your movement.

Holistic massage is a broad range of practices based on generations of tradition. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind, and energy levels.
