This is a really fun way to learn how to apply make-up to your face, with a group of friends 😀 
Individual attention for each one, learning how to apply the basics, and going from there to eyes, cheeks, lips and shading.

Starting with an NLK Kinesiology balance to rebalance your mind, body and soul. This will then lead us onto a journey of self discovery for you. 
Following this balance, we check in to see what 2 other treatments your body is needing next. Acknowledging what is your Priority. This could be treatments such as a Foot Detox Treatment to a Reiki treatment, to a Deep Hydration Facial Treatment. Or any other treatment that is listed.

Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at imbalances that may be causing dis-ease in the body. Kinesiology aims to detect and correct imbalances that may relate to stress, nutrition or minor injuries. Kinesiology is not used to diagnose disorders.

This 1 hour of pure relaxation, is an intuitive massage. I will massage away and find any spots that need extra attention.

This Chakra Balancing treatment starts at your head, to your shoulders, hips & knees. Once this is completed, we align the correct crystal to the chakra point as you lay on the massage table. Then finishing off with a relaxing massage of the legs, arms, back, neck, shoulders & a soothing head massage, while including a Reiki Treatment. With a final crystal alignment, your massage is finished, leaving you feeling rebalanced, renewed & rejuvinated.

Chakra Balance, Reiki & Massage

Starting with a body brush all over your back and legs, to stimulate the blood flow, then applying oil infused with essential oils. This one hour relaxation massage will be performed using crystals to ease away tensions in your muscles and your mind. During this massage, Reiki will also come through for you.
