Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, non-invasive treatment which helps promote the movement of fluid away from swollen, congested areas towards unobstructed nodes, and to aid the free flow of lymph throughout the body. It is done in conjunction with specialist breathing techniques using the diaphragm to open the deeper lymphatic pathways.
