Dermaplaning is an effective and safe exfoliation procedure. Using a sterile surgical scalpel to shave the surface of the skin to remove excess dead skin and vellum hair (know as peach fuzz). This procedure is performed on the skin and below the jaw line. 

Dermaplanning removes the top layer of dead dehydrated and tired looking skin cells along with vellus facial hair. The main aim of this treatment is to reveal the skins natural glow and smooth the surface of the skin, allowing the skin to absorb products better to allow great results.

Microdemabrasion is a minimally invasive treatment used to renew overall skin tone and texture. The procedure helps to remove dead and dehydrated skin cells, blocked pores and blackheads. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, melasma and other skin related conditions. This treatment uses a special applicator with an abrasive surface to gently sand away the thick outer layer of skin to rejuvenate it.

Medical Acupuncture is the placement of needles in areas of the body using up to date knowledge of anatomy and physiology. 

Medical Acupuncture uses the body's physiology to help promote the healing process and reduce pain of the area. By placing needles into the body, this brings blood carrying proteins to the area to speed up recovery. Endorphins are also released into the system to help reduce the pain and relaxes the muscle. This service can we used for muscle tightness, pain reduction and joint pain.

We start the assessment by taking a background on your injury, such as how it happened and your symptoms. The treatment you receive will be dependant on the results from your assessment and diagnosis, but can include management strategies, soft tissue therapy and exercise therapy.
