A 1hr EFT session followed by a 30 min reiki session. 

Sometimes Eft can be quite heavy and emotional. Reiki is a lovely calming treatment to have directly after EFT to help calm any emotions that have been heightened during EFT.

It helps rebalance the bodys energy system and releaves any unwanted thoughts and feelings. Areas that EFT can help with are limiting beliefs, core beliefs, fears, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, negative emotion and pain.
