Such friendly staff, a warm and inviting space. 

Amazing, we did the outdoor contrast sauna with a group of 3 people.
You get a gorgeous wood sauna with infrared which fits 3 people comfortably, and access to a plunge ice pool, outdoor warm shower and bathroom. It feels very private and is the perfect winter activity for a group of friends. 
Highly recommend!

Our standard saunas comfortably fit 1-2 people. Should you require more space we recommend booking our large sauna room, that comfortably fits 3 people.

This 45 minute sauna experience is in a private sauna room with a shower. 
Our Large sauna comfortably fit 2-3 people. Should you require less space we recommend booking our standard sauna room, that comfortably fits 1-2 people. 
One person is $65. Each additional guest is $15.
All packs are valid for 1 person only.

Large Infrared Sauna Session

Large Infrared Sauna

Cold plunge therapy for 3 minutes immersion total per person in the ice bath. Swim wear must be worn at all times in the ice bath and all clients are required to shower beforehand.
Between 4-9 degrees. This facility is not part of the contrast suite and you will not be able to go back and forth from the sauna.

*please note you will not be able to go between your sauna room and the ice bath room. You will begin with a 45min infrared sauna session in one of our private standard sauna rooms. Followed by an ice bath sessions for 1 person in a private room. Clients must shower before entering the ice bath and swimwear must be worn in the ice bath at all times.

This booking is for our Private indoor sauna and ice bath. The sauna and ice bath are in seperate private rooms. If you would like to book the outdoor sauna + ice bath, you will need to do so via booking the Contrast Suite

Curated in our iconic Bondi Studio garden space, the CONTRAST THERAPY suite features a new state-of-the-art large infrared barrel sauna, ice bath, outdoor shower with Leif Botanicals products, exclusive access with a private garden, complimentary towels, filtered water and a private change room.

An ideal setting for intimate group bookings of up to 3 people, our CONTRAST THERAPY suite has been curated to welcome your well-being


Our Barrel sauna comfortably fits 2-3 people. 

*please note you will not be able to go between the ice bath and sauna. You will begin with a 45min infrared sauna session. Followed by an ice bath sessions. Clients must shower before entering the ice bath and swimwear must be worn in the in the contrast suite.

Large Outdoor Garden Infrared Sauna + Ice Bath

Experience 45 minutes of total restoration in our 3 person outdoor garden sauna. This sauna allows for a little extra space to stretch or lie down during your session. Complimentary filtered water, towel use, change room and access to the outdoor shower are available.
Please note this Outdoor garden Infrared Sauna is situated in the Garden and is exposed to the weather when moving to and from the sauna. Please wear swimwear whilst using the facilties. The suite will be booked privately and exclusively for your allocated and booked time.
