I provide Aromatherapy / Deep Tissue / Sports Massage / Trigger point massage to manipulate soft tissues of your body, focusing on tight muscle fibers that can form in your muscles after injuries or overuse. I aim for all my clients to feel completely relaxed and help prevent sports injuries and speed up muscle recovery.

Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and lower leg.  It involves hands-on massage along with the use of a Thai massage stick. Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to encourage the body and mind to balance. This treatment is a wonderful stress reliever and promotes deep relaxation.

The Thai Herbal Poultice has been used for centuries as a detoxification treatment. It has countless benefits for the body and is frequently used to aid in muscle and soft tissue aches. The poultice is filled with a special blend of Thai and Chinese herbs and is steamed before being pressed onto fatigued muscles. The heat induces muscle relaxation while the herbs relieve muscle and joint pain help to increase circulation, and provide nourishment for the skin. The heat also increases blood oxygen flow.
