The treatment is carried out lying down, and involves massage to the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, face, and ears. 

Indian head massage can provide relief from aches and pains, stress symptoms, insomnia, promote hair growth, rebalance your energy flow and leave you with a deep sense of peace, calm and tranquillity.

Indian Head Massage

Cupping is an ancient therapy used for centuries by many different cultures, and has a range of benefits including:
 
- Decompressing fascia and muscles
- Quickly reduces muscular tension and increases range of movement
- Aids in pain management
- Increases circulation to muscle, fascia and skin, and in turn increases oxygenation and nutrient levels of these tissues
- Re-stimulates the healing process
- Encourages lymphatic drainage
- Encourages deep relaxation

 If you would like cupping on more than one area of the body please choose a 90 minute or 2 hour session.

Although cupping may look a bit intimidating it is not painful and the marks fade quickly. Cupping can be used on different parts of the body – not just the back!

Holistic Massage

A deeply relaxing massage therapy which involves applying pressure to the feet using thumb, finger and hand techniques.
 
Reflexology works on the basis that there are reflex points in the hands and feet which correspond to all organs, glands and parts of the body. Applying a pressure massage to these reflex points can help the body return to a more balanced state, which prepares the body to begin the healing process. This in turn creates a feeling of well-being.
