The ambiance was very relaxing. Their staff were nice. The spa experience was mostly great except for the few times I felt cold during the massage lol  :) Otherwise, everything was good.

Regarding the shampoo and conditioner issue, we appreciate your understanding that we use 2-in-1 formula which is in one container, resulting in only two out of the three sections being filled. We will explore ways to enhance this aspect of our service to better meet your needs.

Furthermore, we are pleased to inform you that we do offer water upon request, and we are currently evaluating the possibility of reintroducing tea, which was removed due to the pandemic. Massage was satisfactory. however,  we were not happy with some of the facilities such as no bathroom tissues provided, and I always had a problem with controlling the temperature of the shower. Sometimes the water becomes very hot so when I try to manage the temperature, it then becomes very cold. In addition, there's no shampoo and conditioner only body wash was provided.  There was also no drinks offered, not even water or tea.

Thank you for raising this, Miss Kristina. We have transitioned to using Shampoo with Conditioner post-pandemic, so our containers are now filled with just the Shampoo with Conditioner and the Body Gel. 😀 And we will ensure to not forget the lotion again. 🙏 thank you

It could have been a great experience if the spa technician who attended to me didn't forget to put lotion on me and if they have conditioner in the bathroom; it was empty by the time I got in there after my scrub. Other that these two, it was a good experience overall; staff were super polite and friendly.

Ventosa or Cupping Massage is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.
