Each session takes its own unique time but will aim to be under an hour for these sessions.

Thursday Rest Nest Series - starts April 18th

After 12 sessions of practice I will be offering a full service which takes between 90-120 minutes
This is to fully embody the practice and tools to create a beautiful experience and space to dive deeper. 

We will sit intentionally, choose an oracle card for your session. 

The body will be relaxed and warm as we start with a back massage to soothe the nervous system- following this a sacral and glut massage to ease any tension in the lower spine. 

The legs and feet will be massaged. 

Special care and attention is focused on the belly and womb region. 

The body will be wrapped in Rebozo including the head, feet, hips and shoulders. 

This allows a deep restoration of the self 
I will play my crystal chalice whilst you rest. 

The entire experience is concluded with a head hold and aromatic scents.

🗿Relax with Hot Stones & Gua sha 

A refreshing ritual to add on to any of my current services.  This gentle and rejuvenating facial massage uses a Gua Sha face crystal. An ancient Chinese practice used to alleviate tired , congested faces.  An aromatherapy steamed cloth is used to soak the face & décolletage. 
Facial oil is then gently massaged into the face to hydrate and allow glide so the Gua Sha crystal can sweep across and up the face improving skin tone & glow by releasing built up congestion in the face & sinus passages. 

Gua Sha improves circulation & lymphatic’s. It can also help with a puffy, tired face, improving the appearance of lines.
