I don't know why I am still surprised but every time I finish a session with Tracy I feel so calm, grounded, peaceful and present compared to when I walked in and irrespective of how I was feeling when I walked in. Some of the yoga styles I offer: vinyasa/flow yoga, yin and restorative, hatha and therapeutic yoga, as well as chair yoga.
