Beginning with a deep cleanse followed by an invigorating scalp massage and LED light therapy, we then move onto the focal point of the treatment - the sculpting massage. Working methodically on the face, neck and chest muscles, we use hands and tools such as cups and gua sha to release tension, boost blood circulation and detoxify the skin for that ultimate snatched look. 

Finished with buccal massage working inside the mouth and powerful EMS technology to sculpt and tone the muscles via electrical pulses.

Ultimate Sculpt

Sculpt, lift and tone the forgotten facial, neck and chest muscles with this non-invasive blend of deep tissue muscle and fascia massage coupled with intra-oral buccal techniques to add definition and smooth out folds and lines. 

Starting with a double cleanse and bespoke herbal mask, the treatment then focuses on deep tissue massage and tension release, manipulating and stimulating the face, neck and chest muscles. 

The treatment also features buccal or intra oral massage, highly favoured by the likes of Meghan Markle and Victoria Beckham. It involves massaging inside the mouth, releasing tension from muscles that are hard to reach on the surface whilst simultaneously lifting and de-puffing the cheeks and jawline. 

Ideal for those concerned with nasolabial folds or those suffering from jaw and cheek tension, eye strain and assymetry in the facial muscles.

Intraoral Sculpt

This is the ultimate hands-on facial massage to sculpt, lift and tone the facial muscles. 

The treatment is centred on the therapeutic power of touch and features a variety of advanced massage techniques including deep tissue muscle and fascia manipulation as well as lifting percussion motions. No machines are used, only the rejuvenating power of hands. Neck, shoulder and scalp massage is also included to release tension and encourage you into deep relaxation. 

Ideal for those suffering from facial tension, eye strain, migraines and assymetry in the facial muscles.

Hands-Only Sculpt

Ideal for those short on time and with busy lifestyles. 

The treatment is centred on the therapeutic power of touch and features a variety of advanced massage techniques including deep tissue muscle and fascia manipulation as well as lifting percussion motions. Working lyrically on the face and neck muscles, each stroke is serendipitous yet intentional in nature, encouraging muscle manipulation and stimulating the senses. 

Also features EMS technology to increase circulation and encourage that natural sculpted glow.

Beginning with a back & neck massage to release built up tension using deep repetitive strokes and gliding cups, we then proceed onto a deep cleanse and exfoliation followed by a bespoke mask. 

This treatment is centred on massage, harnessing the therapeutic power of touch. Features an invigorating scalp massage, chest & shoulder massage and of course a sculpting facial massage, breaking down muscle and fascia tension as well as draining toxins. 

Complemented by LED light therapy, buccal massage, face cupping, gua sha and EMS technology.

Beginning with a short skin consultation covering your skin concerns, Julia creates a bespoke treatment plan to help meet your skin goals using her multi-method approach.

The Holistic Facial

Microneedling is a non-invasive treatment focusing on rejuvenating the skin through the use of an electric needling device. Tiny needles create punctures on the surface of the skin which encourage the skin’s natural healing response and in turn helps to stimulate collagen production. Simultaneously, a high performance serum is infused deeper into the skin, targeting the problem area. 

This treatment is suitable for those wanting to combat fine lines and scarring, to reduce redness, and pigmentation and to stimulate healthy collagen. 

Depending on the skin concern, 3-5 sessions are recommended 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results. 

The treatment also includes LED light therapy and the application of a hydrating collagen infusion mask

An express treatment consisting of LED light therapy with your choice of massage: head & shoulder massage, foot or hand & arm. 

LED light therapy is a safe & non-invasive way to enhance skin cellular health via the delivery of different wavelengths of light energy into the skin. 

Benefits include the stimulation of collagen production, pigmentation reduction, killing acne bacteria and the improvement of skin tone & elasticity.
