After a quick consultation, I will perform a full-body massage treatment with strong pressure that builds up. Expect extra focus on tense spots, where they might use their elbows, fists, forearms and knuckles to work out knots.

Bear in mind it’s normal to feel slightly sore after a deep tissue treatment, but this should ease off within 72 hours.
