A meditative and restorative grounding full body massage. A collection of techniques adapted from Eastern healing, combined with intentional touch, long flowing connective strokes and energy balancing body work. Intended to bring equilibrium and healing to the whole vessel. This treatment is designed for those of you who desire a whole body experience. Using lymphatic drainage, Balinese massage and restorative techniques  included.

BODYWORK

Using intuitive massage techniques that lifts, shift, sculpt and relax the facial muscles. Releasing stuck and stagnent tension in the shoulders, neck, face and scalp. 
This is a physical and energetically releasing ritualistic treatment that is known to bring relief for those who suffer from neck pain, TMJ (jaw) pain, tension headaches and stress related symptoms while shifting into an oozing, soft, calm embodied state. Cass uses firm to light pressure and fast to slow pace where needed to achieve the changes.

Facial massage helps achieve a healthier looking complexion, aids with lymphatic drainage and instantly de-puffs, defines and aligns facial posture. In addition this treatment involves an oil cleanse using a luscious botanical blend as well as incorporating the gua sha tool and face cups.

Oil is used in the hair. This nourishes the scalp and promotes healthy hair. For optimisation of the treatment I suggest preparing to wash the hair a few hours after the treatment. 

FACE THERAPY

A Full body lymphatic drainage massage filled with medium pressured strokes and pumping. 
This treatment helps to reduce bloating, puffiness, fluid retention to create a sculpted, lifted physically and balanced body. Supporting the detoxification pathways to gain more energy and improved functioning of the organs. Incorporating nervous system and muscular system massage techniques.

LYMPH DRAINAGE MASSAGE 

A deeply grounding, restorative, intuitive experience. 
Working primarily with your nervous system, muscular system, lymphatic system and energetic field to create an environment for healing and repair to take place. 
Held and guided by your bodywork practitioner Cass who has the ability to listen to your body's needs to create an therapeutic massage that is specifically curated intuitively for you. 
A 2-2.5 hour session allows time and space for the body/mind system to uncoil, entering into a state of meditation where you will feel a deep sense of inner calm and heighten your own intuitive awareness ~ detached from external distractions.
Predominantly oil massage based, integrating other therapies (such as movement, break work) where needed

INTUITIVE BODYWORK EXPERIENCE 

A one:one session with Cass Magill.
After a discussing together and identifying the main healing theme, Cass designs a personalised practice and guides you step by step through a session.
Using the tools of Kundalini yoga, focusing on uplighting, generating more energy, regulating the nervous system, healing the heart through energetic work, the breath, mantra, movement and meditation. 
You will be given a self-practice guide to continue working on the theme at home. 
Following the movement and meditative practise we will transition into Bodywork on the massage table using therapeutic oils

Add 20 minutes of specific lymphatic draining massage techniques to an existing Bodywork or Face Therapy session to targeted areas like your stomach, back of legs and glutes, arms, face. This is beneficial post flight, or surgery when experiencing excess fluid retention and swelling.
Discuss the areas you'd like to focus on at the beginning of your appointment. 
This add on treatment helps to reduce bloating, puffiness, fluid retention to detoxify the system and create a sculpted, lifted physical and balanced body
